Today we celebrated a major milestone for affordable housing in our community with the ribbon cutting of Harvest Station I and the groundbreaking of Harvest Station II!

In 2023, IDP Properties and the Valdosta Housing Authority were honored to receive $1,076,400 in federal and state housing tax credits from the Georgia Department of Community Affairs. These critical funds are helping address the growing need for affordable housing right here in Valdosta.
In addition, the City of Valdosta partnered with the Valdosta Housing Authority to allocate $3.3 million in ARPA funds to purchase the land and help fund the development of Harvest Station.

Harvest Station I, now complete, offers 80 beautiful, affordable apartment homes to serve families in our community. We look forward to seeing Harvest Station II bring even more opportunities for safe and affordable housing to Valdosta residents.
